The unfortunate part about planning a wedding is that it’s typically our first time and many couples don’t think of video as a big deal until either the wedding is over or if they’re lucky — a family member says they really regret not hiring a videographer.
You know the nostalgic feeling of watching old home videos? That’s the feeling I want you to have when you look back at your wedding day in 20 years.
That’s why I interview family/friends, capture the commotion of the day, and showcase how your wedding day actually was because there’s so many little moments you don’t even realize you missed until you watch the video.
I package it all up for you in a full-length documentary wedding video. Aka your first family video.
I think video is the best Time Machine we have, so I try damn hard to grab all the memories for you.

Inspired by dad lugging around a huge VHS camcorder documenting life’s moments — I aim to do the same for you, but with better tech.
I love the in-between moments, hearing how couples met and I’m quite sentimental at heart.
As for my own love story, I met Aija on Instagram believe it or not! She’s from Latvia and I somehow convinced her to fly over to meet me. 3.5 years of Latvia to Canada flights and now we’ve been married for over 5 years and now we have a baby girl. :)
That’s why I find it so fascinating that two strangers can choose to intertwine their lives and that’s the cool part about documenting weddings.
As mentioned, I hope my wedding films bring back all the great memories of why you got married, to see the moments you might have missed, and to serve as your first official family video. :)

Starting at $8,000 for 8 hours ($1,000 savings)
+ For couples wanting full coverage and all the memories of their special day in motion and stills. Hiring us together ensures documenting your day goes smoother and ones less vendor for you to worry about.
+ Photography by my friend, Adam Goarley, who has been photographing weddings for the last 10 years and brings a classic, timeless look to your wedding memories
+ Video by me, including a full-length documentary edit with ceremony, speeches, and messages from family/friends — all in a feel good cinematic home video.
+ Photo and video delivered with 90 days.
2. Wedding Video Only
Starting at $4,500 for 8 hours
+ If you already have a photographer and just need video, let me capture all the good stuff in a cinematic home video style.
+ A full-length documentary wedding video (typically over 2 hours long with all the moments you’ll appreciate — messages from family/friends, funny bits and ceremony/speeches)
+ Wedding videos are tailored to your personality and the vibe of the day
+ Video delivered via webpage for easy sharing and cloud storage for 6 months

My style is very much casual documentary. Home video, vlog like. There are moments I know you’ll want, so I definitely make those happen, but the majority is just hanging out, and celebrating with you as things unfold.
I love the in-between moments.
Keeping you calm and enjoying your day is my priority.

We ask for a 50% deposit to hold your date and the remainder anytime before the wedding date. Without a deposit we can’t guarantee your date.

We’ll ask to keep the deposit portion (to help us live and pay our bills), but know that we’ll try our best to accommodate and figure out something fair.

Fingers crossed this never happens, but if for some reason we are absolutely unable to capture your day, we will try our best to find another photographer/videographer to sub in or refund your money completely.
Again, this will be discussed with you in efforts to make things go as smoothly as possible.

I have a large collection of fun cameras for different purposes, but my main workhorses are:
Sony FX3 and Sony A7IV for main content and my Canon camcorder for Dad cam footage.
