Just wanted to say I really appreciate the consideration for this project and I think we could create some really great content for your new website and socials.
During my chat with Marcie and Lydia, I had mentioned future content about telling more of your stories and interviews to showcase the developments you have going on as well as clients sharing their positive moments working with you. I’m sure there’s lots to tell, so if we move forward, I’d love to help you build out those assets to help boost your brand.
For now, I’ve put together some thoughts, numbers, and examples of my work based on our convo and the RFQ sent over.

Thoughts.
A project of this scope can be a bit tricky with the timing of things since you may want to split shoot days to have a few now and few in the spring/summer for better patio weather or aerials shots with more greenery.
And with wither weather, we would have to have contingency dates or if actors can’t make it.
That being said, I can be highly flexible for you to make it the shoot days work.
I’m also don’t cap the amount of photos. I believe I’m there to help you create a database of content you can use in the future so any photos that I think you would like, I’ll edit and deliver.
All photo and video content are fully yours, no licensing required. I keep things as simple for my clients as possible.
It was noted that model casting, makeup, hair, and props would handled by your team.
Proposal
$14,500 for photo & video
Hybrid shooting at all locations so we can compile the hero banner video. I’m basing this on 7 days ( 6 shoot locations and 1 day of scouting/planning).
No licensing. All photo and video content are yours.
“Unlimited photos”. We’ll capture your requires shots, but any extra or variations I think you might like — I’ll edit and deliver to you.
Videos — 3 rounds of edits. I also have access to licensed music if required.
Drone shots included.
Travel included.
I’m shooting on a full frame Sony FX3 and Sony A7IV
I have my own lighting and audio gear as required.
Please let me know if I missed anything, but I’ve quoted this to give me some wiggle room in case of an extra day of shooting or planning, maybe an assistant, as well as being flexible with you based on shoot days as there will be many with varying timelines (based on weather, any talent issues that may arise and even splitting between some shots now and some in Spring/Summer for more greenery).
And inevitably, any rush edits/turn-around as you may require.
