Free Sample Wedding Itinerary/Schedule

Here’s a sample wedding itinerary/schedule you can use as you build out your wedding day.

Always easier to see a real sample and then amend to your own timeline.

Where I see things get a little jammed up is for the portrait and family photos.

If you do a first look prior to the ceremony then it gives an opportunity to take photos right then and usually feels less rushed.

If you decide to do photos after the ceremony, be sure you get going immediately so you give your photographer & videographer max time to capture some good stuff for ya.

Following the portrait session, it’s helpful if the Best Man or Maid of Honour gather the family members that are needed for quick photos.

Timing gets tight here when people are chatting you up and congratulating you, but best to keep on track to get the photos done so you can get to the dinner, speeches and party!
